Family House Újezdec

The roof of this family house is an example of our standard production. The truss structure made of planed S4S lumber is complemented by purlins made of glued laminated timber in the terrace area. The custom order used 8.0 m3 of lumber, 230 kg of connector plates; it was fabricated in about two days and installed within nine days. The total weight of the structure (excluding fasteners and bracing) is around 5 tons.
