In 2009, we implemented Integrated Management System (IMS) in KASPER CZ s.r.o. based on previous overwhelmingly positive experiences from long-term successful application of quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001.
As part of a comprehensive systemic approach to managing corporate processes and related activities, in 2009 the quality management system was expanded to include environmental management and occupational health and safety management.
All documents received by the company as part of the IMS form a system, the strict adherence to which is a guarantee of high quality processes in all company activities, both in relation to customers and in internal processes.
The backbone document of the entire system represents Integrated Management System Policy, defined by the company leadership and subsequently adopted by all its employees.
Quality Management
The quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 has been established, developed, and systematically applied in the company since 1998. In 2012, it was successfully recertified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016.
The production management system is operated and certified in accordance with the ZA standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016. Currently, the production management system is assessed according to applicable legislation since 1.7.2013 in accordance with the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) No. 305/2011 of 9.3.2011. Continuous supervision, assessment, and approval of the management system is carried out by the notified body no. 1393 - Research and Development Institute for Wood Processing, Prague s.p.
Environmental Management System
The implementation of environmental management system according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 into the company's management system aimed to unify above-standard working environment with an environmentally friendly approach in which the company operates.
Occupational Health and Safety Management
The implementation of safety management system according to ČSN ISO 45001:2018 into the company's management system aimed to unify high level of working environment and top manufacturing technologies with levels of safety and health protection for all employees of the company.

Project activities without quality software equipment are hardly conceivable today. This also applies to designs of wooden load-bearing structures, whether they are classic trusses, beams, or other products. Specialized software saves time for designers, production personnel, and assembly teams. Thanks to more precise calculations, material is saved and installation is expedited - and ultimately, all of this leads to significant cost savings. Modern computer programs certainly also contribute to safety, as they refine the structural calculations.
