Family house
This is an unusual and beautiful realization of a family house. It included a tied structure in the form of a heavy skeleton with a central pillar in the axis of the building, cross beams, three ceilings, and roofing in visual quality. The structure consists of dried laminated timber beams BSH strength class GL28h, and all wood was processed on a Hundegger K2i-1250 CNC machining center. The connecting locksmith elements and anchoring are galvanized, and the connections of anchoring elements and wood are made with self-drilling dowels WS (SFS Intec). The delivery also included visible, cross-laminated CLT panels, flooring covers from visible flooring profiles, and roof covering with OSB boards. The assembly took place in phases on individual floors according to the construction readiness of the structure itself.
