Ski clubroom
The clubhouse of the ski club, designed by Ing. arch. Michal Rosa, is conceived as a fully wooden two-story building with a pair of shed roofs. The eastern facade recedes behind a covered outdoor area, which partially serves as waxing boxes and partially as a spectator terrace. The ground floor will feature changing rooms, washrooms, and a communal room, while two club rooms are located on the second floor. The building also includes a garage for two snowmobiles and a scooter.
The construction utilizes spruce and larch wood - 1000 m² of CLT (cross laminated timber) panels, which are still not very common in the Czech Republic, 160 m² of two by four panels, 8 m³ of solid larch, and 250 m² of roofs made from trusses and S4S lumber (about 20 m³).
