Protected Landscape Area Czech Forest

The house in the game reserve

The company KASPER CZ s.r.o. recently completed an architecturally interesting wooden structure designed by the prominent architectural office e-MRAK s.r.o. of Professor Martin Rajniš. The unobtrusive extensive building with a beautiful view is located in the protected landscape area of Český les. The house is sensitively positioned in slightly sloping terrain near a pond and naturally connects to the surrounding rolling landscape. The structural design of the building simply combines natural materials (larch wood, stone, glass, clay) and, along with rational use of natural, especially solar, energy represented by a shading system, emphasizes the fundamental construction philosophy of the design authors Prof. Ing. arch. Martin Rajniš and MgA. David Kubík. The implementation documentation for the load-bearing structure of the building was prepared at KASPER CZ s.r.o. in collaboration with e-MRAK s.r.o. using specialized software for wooden structures, SEMA. The complete digital 3D processing of the entire building enabled the fine-tuning of all construction details and subsequently quickly and accurately ensured all processing of wooden elements on CNC machines. Partial prefabricated wall and ceiling units were assembled in the company's production plant on a specialized line FRAMER and subsequently transported to the construction site.
