The roofing structure consists of a traditionally tied truss, which is executed in a visible quality. The truss is made of high-quality glued timber, ensuring high strength, long durability, and meeting high aesthetic requirements. The structure is designed to efficiently transfer the roof load (snow, wind, the weight of the roof) to the load-bearing walls and foundations of the building. Thanks to the materials used and the manufacturing technology, the complete assembly of the truss, ceiling, and balcony was completed within three days.
