KASPER Timber Construction s.r.o. is looking for an accountant with experience for the economic department in Trutnov, who will manage the accounting for the group companies, process monthly and annual financial statements including consolidation, ensure invoicing, asset records, and tax returns. We require a secondary economic education, experience in a similar position, knowledge of accounting standards, and MS Office (knowledge of K2 is an advantage), and above all, independence and responsibility. Who are we looking for?
Secondary school education in economics;
experience in a similar position;
good knowledge of accounting procedures, standards, and laws;
very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the K2 information system is an advantage;
work commitment, independence, responsibility, reliability, organizational skills, loyalty.
What can you expect?
management of accounting operations for companies in this group;
processing of monthly and annual financial statements;
preparation of annual consolidated financial statements;
handling of internet banking;
asset recording, inventory of assets;
invoicing for services and rent;
cash desk management, processing of travel orders;
processing of VAT returns, property tax returns, processing of reports, analyses, overviews, cash flow projections;
preparation of documents for subsidy projects and their settlement;
processing of statistical reports;
service of data boxes (representative);
archiving of documents;
assistance in the preparation of corporate regulations.
