We are looking for a experienced business leader with a technical background and a deep understanding of wood and timber constructions. If you understand wooden buildings, have experience in construction or the woodworking industry, and want to combine technical know-how with a business vision, you are the right person for us.

Who are we looking for?
You have a university degree in construction, forestry, or a technical field (e.g., timber construction, forestry engineering, etc.).
You have experience in the field of timber construction, wood production, or wooden structures – without this experience, you cannot excel in the position.
You understand the properties of wood, construction principles, and technological processes and can apply them in business practice.
You can lead business negotiations, follow through on matters, and see the connections.
You enjoy business development and long-term relationships more than quick transactions.
You have natural leadership qualities and a desire to lead a team.
You can communicate in English at a professional level.
What can you expect?
Trade Management and Strategy – you will focus on key sectors and markets in the area of timber construction and structural wooden systems, seeking new opportunities and setting the business direction.
Building Relationships – collaboration with design offices, architects, developers, and construction companies; developing long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise – you will actively utilize your knowledge of materials, construction, and wood processing technologies in preparing business offers as well as in project implementation.
Large Contracts – you will play a key role in significant projects, from identification and preparation to negotiation and implementation.
Team Leadership – you will lead a business-technical team, being both an inspiration and a support.
Collaboration with Management – you will partner with the CEO on strategic decisions and co-create the long-term vision of the company.
